关于拟给予退学处理的公告

藤冈***同学：

清华大学拟对您作出予以退学处理，由于难于联系到您，无法直接送达本通知，特予公告送达。自本公告发出之日起，满十个工作日，即视为送达。公告内容如下：

藤冈***，男，社科学院2020级硕士研究生，学号2020280808。

藤冈***必修环节考核未达到培养方案规定要求且未以其他方式分流。根据《清华大学研究生学籍管理规定》（清校发〔2019〕49号）第三十二条第一项的规定，拟予以藤冈***同学退学处理。

藤冈***对此处理意见如有异议，可以在拟处理意见书送达之日起5个工作日内，向本院系研究生管理部门提交书面申辩或者进行口头陈述和申辩。

The Announcement of Opinions on the Withdrawal of a postgraduate student

Tsinghua University intends to withdraw you from the University. Due to difficulty in contacting you and delivering the notice, we make an announcement as follows，which shall be deemed to have been served ten working days from the date of issuance of this announcement.

FUJIOKA ***, Male, Master’s student, ID: 2020280808, School of Social Science.

FUJIOKA *** failed in the assessment of the Compulsory Module indicating failure to meet the requirements of the program and was not otherwise diverted. According to Subparagraph 1 of Article 32 of Regulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, you will be withdrawn from the University.

If there are any objections, FUJIOKA *** can submit a written defense or conduct an oral statement and pleading to the postgraduate management office of the department within 5 working days of the receipt of this notice.
